Hello everyone.  This entry marks the launch of a new blog series.  If you want to unsubscribe now is the time and if you know of anyone you think should be getting news from India please pass along their email address. 

It's about 11 PM and in 12 hours I'll be on the first leg of my journey to a new way of living.  That journey looks like MSP -> Newark -> Amsterdam -> Bombay -> Pune.  Usually I never get nervous for trips to strange and foreign lands. In fact it seems to be one of the biggest enjoyments of my life.  I guess the magnitude of this trip (on multiple levels) is finally seeping under my skin. 

Ok... enough with the moment of weakness and back to the amazing adventure that awaits.  You are in store for stories about India (weddings, festivals, daily life, cultural experiences, and as the last blog proved even the random bathroom experience), Africa, (hopefully also the following) Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and UAE. 

One last thing... my address book has grown exponentially over the last few months so I'm hoping you can make this my most read blog yet!!
