Out of nowhere, Queenstown had its first snow of the year. It was insane. The temperature drastically dropped from a warm afternoon to a night of sleeting rain and then snow. The mountains look "remarkable" covered with snow, but the cold is unheard of. Today the high was 6 degrees celcius. Wow. We're in for a real treat in the months to come.
