This morning Molly and I awoke on the side of Highway 60 to the sounds of cars puttering past. We didn't get much sleep last night since it was quite cold, there were three of us packed like sardines on a futon sized bed, and it rained harder than it ever has. We walked down to the public toilets, which were right beside the public library (which is only open on Tuesdays from 11:30am to 2:30pm) to brush our teeth. Then we walked across the street to the local bakery (which was also a newstand, grocery store, and hardware store) which was right next door to the local cafe (which was also a liquor store, bar, and casino).

We picked up the newest Time magazine who's cover read "the secret to the perfect night's sleep." We figured that their idea of a perfect night's sleep didn't follow the same time line as ours but we were too cheap to buy the magazine and find out. So...if anyone has read the article at hand, please let us know their secrets. We're in desperate need of a good night's sleep.
