Relatively painless travel day today, although we did have an early start, necessitating a mid afternoon nap. All rested and refreshed, I´m off to dinner with the group in a half hour. Tomorrow is a full day of dolphin spotting and snorkeling on a sailboat.

Update from home:

Not much happened in Bocas. The sailboat ride was nice and relaxing, but I was already pretty relaxed from the last couple of days. This was apparently the down period in Bocas, and not much was happening.
