We had a short tutorial on how to drove a snowmobile and then we were off! It was so picturesque driving up the mountains and being amongst the pine trees and snow. I am absolutely in love with Tahoe and would love to come back here in the bear future. The buildings are gorgeous- made out of timber and just so typical American ranch! After half an hour, we took a short break to have a snow ball fight. The snow was hard but it was still fun
When we got back into town- Brady, Tara, Paul and I went to 'Fire and Ice' a Mongolian BBQ restaurant. It was recommended to us by our tour guide and driver and oh my was it worth it! You got a bowl then went up to a stand where you could pick whatever you wanted and have as much as you want. I was hanging for some veggies so I filled mine with broccoli, zucchini, Bok choy, carrot, rice, prawns and salmon. Then you walked to this massive grill in the middle of the restaurant where two chefs would cook up your food, add your sauce of choice and plate it up for you. I have added some photos and a video but it hardly shows how awesome it was! I had two servings!! We didn't have lunch so I felt like I could justify that choice
After we ate until we couldn't possibly eat anymore, we went to the cinema to watch anchorman 2. It was average but it was nice to have some quiet time- it doesn't happen often on tour!
We got back to our room, packed our bags and got an early night ready for our final coach ride to San Francisco tomorrow morning. I really don't want to leave Lake Tahoe, I am in love with this place. I expected a quiet, sleepy town and was pleasantly surprised with not only the most beautiful houses, mountains, lake and town square but also by the busy night life, casinos, amazing cuisine, gorgeous people and crazy fun extreme sporting adventures.
Tahoe- I'll be back! Xx
