Hamburg.. A place not known for beef between bread

So here's what you have been missing....
My stay in the city of Hamburg was fantastic! Hamburg is beautiful Semi-modern city that sits between a major river inlet that houses one of Germany's largest cargo ship ports. On at least two occasions I was able to witness the high traffic of cargo ships enter and exiting the inlet. My brief time in Hamburg was nothing short of memorable. I had an amazing host Till who introduced me to fantastic sights and views of the city that I may not have seen otherwise as a tourist. Till also arranged a traditional German dinner and drinks at an old German brewery. I dined on roast pig shoulder with cold sauerkraut. We also ordered a traditional 10 liter wooden keg of beer that was tapped fresh with a hammer right at the table. Words cannot properly convey how great the food was. That meal may have been one of best food experiences I have ever had. All in all my stay in Hamburg was an amazing experience shared with terrific company!
