Yawn....such a hard life this is, not sure how I will adjust to normality in a few weeks time. Until then I will carry on ‘Living the Dream’........sweet :0).
I had a late rise today, all the food must be slowing me down and the chill factor going to my head!
I got to the gym for 0600 as usual and only one other person there initially. A few others arrived whilst I was there. Today it was far less of a cattle market and us Joe's did the best we could to buff up without ‘Beefcake’ muscles laughing or threatening us from a distance :0). My knee was not too bad today which spurred me on :0).
After the gym I went straight to the lobby and caught up on MSN, face timed some friends and read my emails plus a bit of tragic BBC News! I leave the UK for 5 minutes (well 3 weeks) and it all kicks off! Not good :0(.
When I got back to our room the kids had finished off their daily morning 20-30 minutes school lessons (reading, maths etc) with Auntie and Kaisha was having her hair done. The kids were having a 20 minute DS fix, the second time they had been on them since we arrived at the hotel.
Breakfast was its usual delight but still we could not spot any Mango or ‘Festivals’ (sweet dumplings). Both of which Ericka and I have been craving for! Mango did appear one breakfast time but I had enough on my plate at the time and felt better for not getting anything else or part with the riches I had already secured :0).
Today we kept the kids with us and gave Club Mongoose a break from our two. Kaisha was not happy, K is not bothered either way but preferred to stay with us.
The day was spent pool side and Kaisha played on with her BFFs and visited the slide multiple times. The stretching was obviously still working. K and I played in the pool for what felt like hours. He did not see it that way and I got no peace when I wanted to have a break! When playing with his sister in the pool and splashing each other his favourite catch phrase was ‘Do you want a piece of me, do you want a piece of me!’
It was another extremely hot day, with no umbrella’s to help with a little shade. Being in the pool was the next best thing. I sampled the cocktail of the day ‘Banana Sky’ which was lovely as banana is one of my favourite fruits.
In the evening after dinner I asked for a glass of wine. That was what I literally got, a huge glass (not a wine glass) full of white wine. It lasted the whole evening :0).
