Where I stayed
Captain Cook Holiday Village
Seventeen Seventy/Agnes Water is soooo beautiful. Famously known as the birthplace of Queensland, Seventeen Seventy was named after Captain James Cook and his crew from the Endeavour who came ashore on 24 May 1770.
We had planned to stay perhaps 1 night but when we arrived it looked so good we booked in for 2 nights and then the next day booked for another night. Unfortunately the park was booked and we were unable to stay for any additional nights. This is certainly one of our favourite places. It is a beautiful area, nice and quiet, great caravan park, great fishing spots, no fish but good fun trying and heaps of great walking tracks.
Again another place we would love to visit again.
Tomorrow we head to Noosa, we are very excited as we have been holidaying there for the past 26 years, but for the first time in 4 months we will be on familiar grounds. Most importantly we will be seeing Jak, Rohan and grandies Tia and Georgie, can't wait.
