The Crossing Inn

Making our way over to Kununarra, our next stop off was at Fitzroy River, staying at the Crossing Inn Caravan Park. The Inn has been operating since 1897 and has an indigenous art gallery, weekend markets and a step back in time "Can Shed Cinema". Sounds fairly impressive, unfortunately not completely accurate. The caravan park was just OK, and provided some interesting times with the toilets and showers being home to several green frogs. I heard one lady saying a frog had jumped on her head while she was at the toilet. That was it for me, thank God for having our own toilet and shower.
With not a lot to see here we intend to move on and do some free camping tomorrow night.
