Leaving Port Lincoln we headed for Coffin Bay to pick up some oysters. Coffin Bay is a picturesque holiday town and fishing village on the shores of a beautiful estuary and we were a bit sad not to be putting in some time here. But we did get our oysters and headed off for Streaky Bay. Unfortunately our welcome to Streaky Bay was a very wet one. It had been raining lightly most of the day but by time we got to Streaky Bay it was pouring. Assuming the rain would continue we set up camp in the rain and by time we had finished and we were wet through the rain stopped. Oh well we did have a great site right on the beach front and it wasn't cold so who could complain.
We are looking forward to beginning the trip across the Nullarbor tomorrow.
