Where I stayed
What I did
The main thing we did today was take the Red Bus tour on the Going to the Sun Road. It was about 6 hours. The red bus is a 17 passenger convertible bus that has been a big thing in Glacier Park since the 1930's . The drivers are called jammers because the old busses had gears that jammed alot on the steep mountain roads, and the name stuck. Our driver was Jim, and he was full of information and jokes the whole time. The other passengers were a family of 10 from Colorado and 4 people from Oregon. Everyone was fun. My favorite part of the trip was getting wet when we passed close to the Weeping Wall. There were many beautiful stops along the way and we had a good lunch oat Two Dog Flat Grill. I had tacos.
This was our last night in the camp ground. I got to have my Mountain House freeze dried lasagna, which was surprisingly good. Even mom thought so! We built a big campfire when it got dark and roasted marshmallows.

I think the "Jammer" is totally fun and to think it was driven by Jammer Jim! Lovely photos once again.
