My couple of days in Mt Isa finally came to an end on Thursday, after two new tyres and a new inverter. Second pension cheque out the window before even getting to see it.
While in the caravan park I met a lovely lady who was sitting outside the laundry patting the dogs and she said she had "healed Luana" of her coughing. Really, how did you do that? I have the gift of healing, Wow! How interesting! So do you "heal" humans too I could do with a new body? Lol. She said of course I can rid you of all your bad Karma...Bring it on.
Well she came over to the van and sat behind me and I must admit I could feel the heat from her hands on my back and thought this just might work. All I can say is she has hot hands...and am still waiting for something to happen.
From Mt Isa I took off for Camooweal the last town before the NT border and more hot weather and long roads. Having the dogs limits where I can go and what I can see so the trip is becoming rather boring and 'bloody' hot.
Petrol is also very, very expensive ranging from $179 to $198, bit hard to swollow.
