beautiful camp site... and decided to put the van to rest for the day.
BUT, fridge doesn't keep things too cold on
12volt and hot Moscata is not on! So finally decided I really should fire it up
with gas, after all, isn't that why it's there? Mmmm not keen on gas at any
time let alone in a confined space, so called upon the next door neighbour to
lend a helping hand as I was lacking in expertise in the 'light the fridge
area' After several attempts we could both smell gas and I abandoned any thought of continuing, now to find someone to look at the fridge as I have absolutely no intentions of turning it
on while I can smell GAS...Not ready to go with a BANG… yet!
The neighbour came to the rescue and cooled my wine down for
me in his fridge. So at least the day wasn’t a total disaster…
(Next day) The sun's beams have finally melted the dew on
the windscreen and the van is packed and ready for the next step...
