What I did
Day 3 of L2P crash zone
Much better day's cycling today. Weather still a bit shite, but spirits rised as the miles clicked down. Decided to cycle on my own or with slower peeps and much preferred it. Logged into some great tunes, Snoop Dawg certainly kept me going towards the end. Was a lot more chilled today so was time to chillax and have a couple of coffees on the road down and even a beer. In fact I was so relaxed I barrelled on thru past the hotel and 4 miles up a hill to the next stage (naturellement!). Good signage on the road tho, "Smell my cheese you Mother" being one :)
Jenny was still going at this stage a massive credit to her, and Graham was doing the honoruable (?!) thing and helping to push her up those mofo hills.
One of the lads turned 30. Mikey. He got absolutely slammed after about 20 mins it seemed. Didnt stop him getting up and pounding the miles out the next morning tho. Fair play to the boy!
Day 3 in the bag, a piffling 50 miles or so into Paris tomoz...and then beers-a-plenty. I just havent had the energy to see of beers last 3 nights!
