While still fighting the war against Man Flu, yes i seem to winning, i finally managed to get some sleep at about 8 in the morning after breakfast, had to take some sleeping tablets that zonked me out, Ally thought this would be a great opportunity to take some pictures of me, she is so kind.

Managed to sleep thought till about 12 when we decided as this is our last full day in Rio we should definitely try and do something, so we went back to Copacabana beach, hoping that being a Saturday there would be more things happening and luckily we were correct.  As we settled in to lunch at one of the beach side booths, and ordered a couple of cervejas and pizza cones, which are the best invention ever, its a pizza, with the dough shaped as a cone and the filling in the middle, easy to eat and so tasty, might have to try and bring these back to Australia. As we are settling into the booth i think i saw Ronaldinho, cant be sure but it did look like him and someone was having a photo with him, the time i could do anything he had already disappeared, so for the sake of argument I'm going to say i saw him unless someone can prove he was not a Copacabana beach at about 1 in the afternoon on Sat 4th August.

Once we had settle into the pizza cones and beers, suddenly a beach football match started right in front of us, we had seats on the edge on the pitch, we nearly paid to go and watch and match and here we are doing it free with cold beer on tap as well, 3 beers later Ally decided we should actually make our way to to the beach and maybe have a swim.  After touching the water we decided its warmer back home, so we laid on the beach for an hour, and we literally saw a parade of arses the entire time, everyone wheres the tiniest thongs, and some people should not be wearing tiny thongs, everywhere you look you have a arse in your face, which was lucky for me as i didn't get into trouble as even Ally had trouble not looking(sure she will love the fact that i have written that lol).

We watched a bit more of another beach football match, and there was some great goals happening and in the end with the first match the red team won and the second match the white team won i think.

After this we headed to an all you can eat Brazilian Restaurant, and absolutely stuffed ourselves, struggle to move from the seats, the food was so nice, fresh cooked meat, like fillet Mignon, steak, chicken, chicken hearts, everything you could want and then a whole selection of salads and veggies, all this and a bottle of wine cost us about AUS$40 for both of us.

Unfortunately tomorrow we leave so not too much will be happening but we will be heading to Cuzco, via Chile and Lima and we fly all night arriving at about 6 in the morning.  So will probably wont get a chance up updates this.  But i have to say everyone in Rio has been so helpful which seems strange for such a large city, even though very few people speak English the will stop in the street and try and help you the best they can, if you ever get the chance to visit, do it. While its is not the cleanest city in the world, there is plenty to see and do and even with the bad stigma we hear about Rio we felt self the entire time even walking around at night time
