Woke up this morning and illness had reared its ugly head, i had been struck down by Man Flu, the deadliest illness that you can ever get, and yes doctors have proven this to be true.  So not too much happened today, as i was deaths door most of the day, even as i write this i am still ill.  However i did harden' up and we made our way to Lapa which is the central hub of were we are, we had a look around and found Escadaria Selaron, which is a set of stairs that have been covered in a mosaic, Snoop Dogg filmed his video for Beautiful on these steps. 

We had a look around at some of the old buildings and found a pharmacy to try and battle the dreaded Man Flu.  We then made our way home on a local bus, which decided to zoom along all the cobbled streets, so our entire bodies got losened up from all the shaking that was happening on the bus.  Got home and I went straight to bed while Ally chilled out in the hammock reading, i have now woken up at 12 midnight and cant sleep, hopefully tomorrow the Man Flu war would be won and will have more to report.
