We headed up the coast to Hossegor. Hossegor is a famous surfing location 30 minutes on bus from Bayonne. No waves here either, being summer, but still a great place to check out.
Spend the day at the beach before finding a party on the main street that was giving out free beer. One of the most memorable bus rides home as its full of drunks heading to the Bayonne festival. All of who, convince the bus driver to continually do loops around the all the round abouts on the way home.
Next stop, we are heading up to Bordeaux to cycle around the wine regions.
