Santa Clara was our next stop up the Pacific coast of Panama...only about 10-15 minutes and $1.50 bus ride from El Palmar. It was absolutely beautiful! Had to take a taxi to the beach from the highway and he dropped us at Las Veraneras Cabanas. They were nice! Right on the beach. We walked down the beach and there were beautiful houses all along it (Malibu style...except bigger). We spent the afternoon swimming in the warm water (almost too warm) and had dinner at the hotel.
Woke up early the next morning...nice walk and swim at the beach, before hailing down the bus for Santa Catalina (Via Sona).
