We have a lazy day and a half in Vientiane before heading to Vietnam. We should do more in the Laos capital but the weather is poor. We venture around some buddhist temples and see the Mekong river and have a sneaky drink on a roof top terrace over looking the Mekong river. We just bide our time before heading to Vietnam. First stop, Hanoi!
