Dr. Sanjni Thadhani of The Thandhani Foundation who was born in India and now lives in New York and was a delegate to the Asian Pacific Microcredit Summit had arranged for a car and driver and was kind enough to invite Dr. Kulkarni and I to go along with her on an all day tour of Bali. We started at 9 AM and finished at 7 PM. The cost for each of us was $15 and included all entry fees, lunch, tea, driver and car.

The tour included:
The Mandala Wisata Wenara Wana Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary
Lunch in Pura Besakih
Gunung Batar Volcano and Lake
Sunset Pura Uluwatu Temple on the ocean.

There are also pictures of a funeral processional.

Weather has been comfortable to comfortable warm all the time in Bali with no rain.

I leave in a few hours for the airport to go to Chennai, India where I will be spending six weeks.
