Straight to train station to catch train to Hat Yai - but the train only runs once a day at 8pm at night. Made the most of the day in Kuala Lumpar. We went to the history museum (free entry to our surprise). Was really interesting to see a bit of the more recent history in Malaysia.
We headed off walking and ended up in Little India - was totally amazing sight with lots of markets and food stalls. We went into the bar "Colloseum"(first alcoholic drink of the trip) and sat and soaked up our surroundings people watching, and drinking lots of Chang.
Kevin said he needed to have a few beers to be able to sleep on the train, think he thought it would be really claustrophobic. The train took 15hrs but we slept most of the journey the bunks weren't too bad and it was airconditioned too.
