Great Flight on Korean Air.  I would really recommend them as an airline.  Lots of space for economy, good food and the cutest hosties (they all look  like little dolls & just smile and nod and say yes to everything we ask for) - a big hit with slade.  He is dreaming of a second wife who just nods and smiles.

Highlights of our Korean stop over.

Found a fab Korean BBQ restaurant near our hotel.  Full of locals.  They brought burning hot coals to our table and then we cooked two types of meat on our own bbq (slade happy) and had lots of interesting pickled side dishes.  Lots of fun.

Hotel was quite traditional other than a bizarre electric bidet that sprayed endlessly in various strange patterns.  We all had a go.  Kids were quite spun out.

Korea a big hit with the kids as they have 7 - 11, Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins.  All the essential food groups.  Downside no slushies in 7 - 11 and very strange assortment of pre-packaged foods.  Mmmmm......

Hi Martine, good to hear that flight went well. Seoul looks worth a visit, even if just for the restaurant you went to. Do you have the name of it still? BTW: Tell Slade that I think he needs a hair cut! It's taking over his handsome face!
