Arrived after an extremely short flight into Cambodia. Paid 20 dollars for our visa and we were off!

Met some guys from France who kindly paid our tuk tuk ride from the airport into town. We grabbed a hostel in the backpacker area (our hostel has a rabbit garden- aka a big gardened fenced in area were they let a bunch of bunnies run around), and then headed out to find some food. We initially were looking for an authentic Cambodia restaurant recommended to us, but once we found it, it had no vegetarian food, so we ended up going to the Mexican restaurant next door ( Tori had been craving Mexican for weeks- Marty thinks its hilarious our first meal in Cambodia was Mexican). On the plus- $3 dollar pitchers.

After that we headed to the night market where there were many pushy shop keepers. We walked around for a while, stopping to grab some Indian snacks. Then we decided to go to the fish spa in the market (where you put you feet into a huge pool of fish and they eat at you haha) which was a lot of fun! It was two dollars, plus you got free beer. Pretty good deal.

Headed to bed relatively early to be ready for the temples of Angkor tomorrow!

Hey we should start charging for the minnows at the cottage to nibble your toes. Have to limit the free beer though.

Wow! You travelled half way around the world to eat 'Mexican' food!!! Oh to be young and foolish, but at least you have clean feet.
