Today we headed down to the grand palace and the temple of the emerald Buddha. We almost didn't go in because the fee was so high but we are glad we did! The grounds were huge and took us the entire morning to walk through. The multiple temples and building were immaculate. Despite the large crowds, we had a great time.

After the palace we hit the river edge for beers and lunch, then headed back to the hostel slowly weaving through markets along the way. We had some delicious Indian food for dinner. We had initially planned to go to a club downtown but Tori was sick and we ended up staying in. Maybe we can party it up in Bangkok on the way out.
