Woke up at sunrise, went for run along the beautiful beach and a swim in the fresh water lake (refreshing). Climbied tree and got mangos, bananas and also found pinapple plants near the village in the forest so had that for breakfast. Caught up with (my friend living there who is a scuba diviung instructor) went diving in afternoon and caught dinner wih my spear gun, cooked fish on barbeque and drunk beer of the beach until setset.. This continued for a couple of weeks, catching and picking dinner every day, caught some chambo and ciclids from ther lake and one day we even had a pig (marinated in honey, baslamiic vinigar, mustard and herbs (lovley cracking). This is the life, living for free and diving every day!
