Another weekend nearly over. Where does the time go. This time in 4 weeks I will be half way home! Today sunday school was shorter than usual. There were actually no teachers, (no idea where they were) so theolder ones sat  in the church and had Victors wife- No idea what her name is so I call her Mrs. Victor) and teh caretaker took the younger ones. All over by 9.05. A new record! And I think i have broken the fainting jinx cause Andy made it trough his first service without keeling over.

This afternoon the caretaker called round, and we went fishing with his son, Roderick and one of the boys from school- Namal. Truly an underrated sport. Ironically I didn;t care if we went, and Caroline was the one bouncing off the walls at teh prospect of going fishing, but I found it great fun and Caroline ended up playhing with the worms! It was at first. For an hour no fish. Then we moved up stream and there were plenty of fish and caught 5 of them!!! I was very proud.

Meant to say that last night we were looking through one of the Sri Lankan English Papers and saw personal adds. They were hilkarious. Basicly they are from Parents or brothers advertiseing the daughters to get married off. There was one looking for a UK born professional male. 23 year old graduate. Attractive and slim with big assets. (I assumed this was her property portfolio as she owns a house a with 60 million ruppees in columbo. Caroline thought different!) Were going to respond to some, but then fear of getting into some sort of binding contract put me off!!!
