Jetlag bad suffering from...

Not words and sleep happening...

Try to be more coherent in future I will.

(Erm, sounding a bit like Yoda there - maybe time for a beer... More later!)

Ok, ok, ok. I have finally recovered enough from jetlag to type more into this thing - hit quite bad by it this time, although I probably didn't help myself by having wee afternoon snoozes and late nights for days afterwards! Ah well.

Life has been very busy in the weeks following on from my UK visit. Since Sophie stayed on in the UK for the week, and then had an extra week in Holland after that, I decided to make good use of the time (that I wasn't spending job-hunting or exercising to get rid of all the weight put on by eating and drinking back home) by doing a fair bit of DIY around the house.

To sum up; I actually hate decorating (who knew?!?) although like sitting and looking at the result. 5 or 6 visits to Bunnings (I lost count) to purchase, return and purchase more items to help with the carious DIY jobs has seen me finish the livingroom and get all the other little jobs around the house that had been on my 'list' in plenty of time for Sophie's return (on the 11th) - but I may have to use the remaining time to tidy up the place! :o)

Several long runs (including a couple of 20km ones - my poor legs!) have kept the fitness up, and there's actually been a break in the winter weather with some sun appearing, although it's still wintry cold out there all the time! I'm back into Boot Camp and have been setting up the new season for Touch Rugby as well - which gets underway on the 12th.

Final interviews with GE and James Fisher (PumpTools & RMS) all went well, and unless we can't agree on contract terms, looks like I'll be setting myself up with one of them in the near future.

The countdown is also on for my Citizenship ceremony, on the 20th of August and the operation on my legs as well... Fingers crossed all goes well!

We've had a few nights out of course (well I do ned a beer reward for all the hard work I'm doing!!!) and we've even got back into quiz nights - this time at the Wembly Pub on a Tuesday night - twice we've been and finished 2nd and 3rd... Not bad considering it's a music quiz - my weakest subject! All good fun.

The nice weather has had me out with the camera again, this time getting some shots of newly born cygnets at Lake Monger - cute wee things for sure. Better watch if we do get this dog we're thinking about that he's a well-behaved boy on the walks round the lake!

Well, that's all for now, time to head back out for more socialising - it's a hard life!

We went on a honeymoon trip to Bali, we stay in nusa dua. When we booked tour, I was taken aback by the very low price of the hotel, and I was afraid that he would disappoint me, but no, the hotel was amazing ... very cozy, clean, spacious rooms .. beautiful garden with pond, and in it are teeming with "mad" fish, near which were stopped by the tourists to feed them with bread, a green area, and I would not call it a small, all matches hotel.. The people at the pool is not so much, and I will refute the rumors that have to get up at 7 am, to take a lounger on the beach, free lager can be found at any time. Guide services world without limite, we have not used, because had time to get acquainted with a woman who gave us the contacts of the local English speaking driver, he told me many interesting things, very cheerful, a wonderful man and a tour takes twice as cheaper.he give us various gifts and tell details, where to go, where good and reasonable prices. His name putra, since its well known, in case the need to leave his phone number: 081805338662 you will not regret it. In general, Bali is very beautiful and exotic place, there are very friendly people! entertainment very much, enough for all, both for youth and adults. We are pleased to be back there and I advise everyone to go there to fly ... it's unforgettable!
