We spent another 5 nights sleeping inthe car at various amazing spot along the Adriatic coast. The rise in temperature means doing much other than, swimming and lying in shade,very difficult. Luckily, we spend 8am to 12pm out-and-about, and so have what some days seems an endless amount of time to utilise. Most days from 8am we swim and explore a town or two, until the heat gets the better of us and we find a suitable spot to ride out the worst heat of the day. Then, as the afternoon cools we explore again and usually settle somewhere on dusk (8.30pm) to cook dinner and drink into the evening. Being Croatia there is no shortage of breathtakingly scenic spots to spend the evening, giving a chance for tranquility and thorough enjoyment of our surroundings.
Finally we make it to the jewel in the crown that is
Dubrovnik, after 17 nights sleeping in the car over three countries its time to check into a camping ground!
