Day 4
Wedding day!
Headed into Bangor for breakfast.
Mon made dodgy choice and ended up waiting 1hr for a hideous greasy fry up.
Wandered through a trash and treasure market much to ink's disgust!
Back to get ready for wedding.
Somehow we made the wedding only by the skin of our teeth despite being only about 500m from venue!
Embarrassing to travel all this way only to almost miss the event!
A gorgeous venue in the old inn in crawfordsburn established 1614!!
Stunning bride and handsome groom decked out in tails.
A lovely warm vibe with Roberta's large extended family and a good crowd representing new Plymouth.
The guinness was flowing and luka was most impressed with his beverage choices. At one point he came racing up to me exclaiming "mum the cokes are free!" lol love it. Poor deprived child.
After a lovely meal Of typical Irish fare and the most incredible selection of potatoes, the band started. Luka has discovered a new passion. He loves to dance. He jumped, spun, twisted and twirled until the band's very last song! He also insisted on a dance partner at all times. Generally this was me so there was some very sore feet at the end of the night. The next morning he exclaimed "mum my legs are really sore". What a surprise!!!
A gorgeous wedding for a gorgeous couple.
Much fun was had by all to the wee hours.....
