Today began with lots of sleeping in after last nights super fun staying up late.  When we got up, we packed our stuff up, and had a breakfast in the hotel of the bread and bananas Mom and Leslie had bought the day before.  Then, we went down stairs, printed directions to our hotel in Cordoba, and off we went.....

....and immediately were lost, made a wrong turn, Mom tried to turn around on a one way highway, and eventually found out way again....  the ride was long and boring, and eventually we had to stop because one, we were hungry, and two, Anna's back is bothering her really bad.  So we had a nice long lunch.  Anna and Leslie had croquettes, Mom had some type of fish that we couldn't figure out what it was (I think they decided on dolphinfish or something like that? I don't know fishes), Madison had a bocadillo, and I had a steak (shocking, right?!).  We also got veggies and/or soup.  I was so happy to see vegetables.  I miss them.  And so does my body.  A lot.

Anyway, then we keep going.... at another stop to pee... long story short.... we now have an AWESOME hole in the back bumper of the car.  I'll spare you the details.... it's embarrassing to the person who was driving, although I won't MentiOn any naMes.

Eventually, after one more pee stop, we get to Cordoba, then get epicly lost.  Mainly because the bridge we were supposed to take was closed, and our hotel was EXACTLY on the other side of it.  So, after Mom finds these great old men in a gas station, who draw her a map, with arrows, we find our hostel.

Anna laid down, and Leslie, Mom, Madison, and I walked to the Mezquita (it was closed for the day), then randomly around town.  Leslie and mom went to Mass at a church down the street, while Madison and I waited in the hostel and I did my homework for the week.

Afterwards we all (even Anna) went to a tapas place, then walked down to the Mezquita at night and took pictures of the bridge.

***No pictures, since we took them on Madisons camera and she didn't bring her cord and mine doesn't work for it***

Hey, when you make it to Sevilla, you should go to a tapas place called Taberna Coloniales! Its really, really good and really cheap too! Its a couple streets away from the Cathedral. People in Sevilla should have good directions, it isn't hard to find. Also, where are you staying in Alicante/when are you getting here?
