Jacksons bay, New Zealand

Its about 50 km from Haast to Jackson's bay so off i went didnt take long to get there and no traffic on the road .. its just so quiet.. the road follows a lot of the coast and it was a beautiful day so i had stunning views of the southern Alps all along the way. Jacksons bay is the end of the road.. no where else you can go but back the way you came... it used be a bit of a fishing village there but its hard to envisage much going on there now at all. But i liked it. Quick u turn in the car and off now for the Fox Glacier
