Ok, I've liked Devine Brown since seeing her on "The Hour with George Stroumboulopoulos." She's a great Canadian R&B singer. I was happy when I found that she was performing on the Coca Cola Stage at teh Calgary Stampede. I'm not much of a Stampede Fan, but it's worht the $14 price of admission to see the free concerts. I walked around the grounds to see the sites. Wasn't interested in the games and rides, but there is soo much to see that you can spend a day wandering and looking around. I resisted the majority of the junk food in the place, but fell prey to a peperoni cheeze stick when I went looking for a drink.
I had hoped to meet some friends at the concert, but they couldn't make it, so I went solo. No worries, it's the Stampede, lots of people out to have a good time. The concert was great fun. I'll attach a few video clips I took. Check out Devine Brown!
