Today was just spent down Oxford St doing a little bit of shopping. Mel and I had lunch in a London pub. I ordered traditional fish and chips and I got to say we do it much better back home. They use different fish here, I think cod is the most commonly used but the flake we used back home is soooo much better.
At night I decided to go out with my camera and tripod at get some shots of London by night. I started at the Royal Albert Hall which also had a lovely monument that Queen Victoria had built after Prince Albert died. I then caught a bus to Wellington Arch, which was built to commemorate Britain's victories in the Napoleonic Wars. I then walked to Buckingham Palace, it was so weird to be there with so little people there. I then decided to walk to Westminster Abbey and Big Ben, it was quite a walk but well worth it.
