Where I stayed
Due to stay on a shitty lufthansa aeroplane
It was a very laid back morning and after having a shower we started to organise suitcases and check the weight of each. I learnt in this process that I was only 50kg, meaning I had lost 2 kilos since being away from home! I was a bit confused by this as I've been eating lots of sugary foods all day long here every day. It has been cold weather though and we have been walking lots.
So we weighed the suitcases, mine was 20kg and Baba's was 30kg as it had both of our winter clothes in it and souvenirs. We ended up getting rid of a heap of clothes we didn't really need and managed to get the suitcase down to 20kg. We then put a few things from the maybe keep piles back into the suitcase.
After all this we had lunch, they were having fried carp for lunch do Baba and I ended up having the soup from yesterday and chicken, vegetables and rice. As soon as I had finished my food, aunt Jitka placed another full tray of biscuits right in front of me. I ate about 6 and ended up having to move the tray to the other side of the table so i wouldn't be tempted to eat anymore.
We say around at the table and talked for some time and soon after began to pack things into the car and get dressed to go to the airport. We had to say goodbye to both Jitkas and little Venda which was really sad. Big Venda took us to the airport and brought Hanuldi along too.
When we got to the airport I tried to check in on the computer but it came up with Frankfurt as our destination at 7:15pm instead of Munich at 5:30pm. After a lot of hassle, a Czech airlines employee had to find us seats on the Munich flight and squeeze us into the flight to Singapore for some reason. So it doesn't sound like we'll have much too to move on either flight :(.
We're currently still waiting for our flight to come as we got here at 2:30pm and our flight leaves at 5:30pm. I'm really not looking forward to the long flight and feel icky and frustrated already. Sigh.
