We left the Corsica River crossed the Chester River into Langford Creek. There is an island there called Cacaway Island it is a private island to protect an almost extinct species so they ask you not to explore the island to stay on the sandy beach there are several boats already anchored so we pick our spot and drop the hook.It seems everyone has a dog so we all are courteous of taking our canines to shore. It proves to be a great anchorage but will move up the creek tomorrow in hopes to find a little more privacy. And BINGO we find LOVELY COVE and what a beautiful anchorage so will stay here for the day and night. We drop the dink and explore and experience the beauty of the creek and landscape. The banks are beautiful wild flowers, forest and farms. We found a great spot on the creek bank to walk the doxies just have to watch Ms.Scarlett she wants to run the forest. We now decide to pull anchor and refill water and dinghy fuel at Kent Narrows and continue to the scenic Wye River. We pass Crab alley and Kent Island just before ST. MICHAELS.The Wye River has the most coves and anchorages of any river on the Chesapeake. The river has an East and West passage we choose to explore the East first. We travel 10 miles up river to the Wye River Landing. It has a boat ramp, and you can buy crabs from the local crabbers at the CRAB SHANTY and anchor and dinghy ashore there is lots of room for the Doxies to run and we can purchase steamed fresh crabs to enjoy back on "BLUE DOLPHIN".But we find TICKS are a definite problem so we pull anchor the next morning and explore GRANARY CREEK there is a park dock and we can hike all the trails. We find the Creek with no problem BUT local crabbers have lines in front of all the creek entrances. So we anchor outside and dinghy in to find a very good place to stretch our legs and have the doxies run and have fun.We return to Blue Dolphin and now their seems to be water skiers on the river so we will just duck into Dividing Creek and have total solitude.WOW you couldnt ask for a more private, scenic, wildlife filled anchorage the perfect spot.We spot a sliver of beach and decide to make drinks and take the float over to enjoy the day.Mr.dach and Ms Scarlett and I were floating along having a great relaxing time when all of a sudden I spotted a WATER MOCASSIN swimming right towards us.So off the float we flew and back TO SAFETY on BLUE DOLPHIN.We will just enjoy the rest of the day on board. The days have been in the 80's and nights in the 60's so it has been great anchoring weather. We awake  to a beautiful morning turtles sunning on the logs, ospreys fishing for their morning meal and AMERICAN EAGLES what a sight!!!!WE decide to move to St Michaels we need to reprovision and maintenance on BLUE DOLPHIN.We are looking forward to our RV trip in August but are still enjoying our time in the Chesapeake..
