Adios central america, after two very relaxed days in the nice city of Sa Jose in a amazing hostel called costa rica backpacker I was finally ready to make my way home. I think i realise it when i was on the dock in bocas at sunset, the real reason is not only do i miss everybody back home but after seeing so many beuatiful, dangerous and challenging places I'm finally ready for the new challenge of life and work in Ireland. Definitely more than i was 4 months ago, when the last thing i wanted to be when i grew up was an engineer! So fingers crossed in the next few weeks i'll get a job and start living in the real world, although it may only be as real as the mind percieves it, but thats a whole other digression!
My flight from San Jose went alright once i got checked in, first i had to que twice because i hadnt paid the exit tax, then one of the customs guys wanted to look trough my bag, first and hopefully last search I've had! at least when i was exiting Miami after passport control I simply managed to walk around the customs search and scan so hopefully may good fortune with US customs will continue! Like the last week or two I plan on din as little as possible here, may a trip to little Havana, otherwise sit on the beach & maybe apply for a few jobs! Paul y Lore are looking really well and are totally chilled about everything, which is nice, had a gorgeous meal last night and watch a film about Zapata (see chipas freedom fighters)
