Was heading out to visit Big Bhudda and Temples, but Todd (my classmate) got sick, so instead took a bus and headed off to another beach by myself. Very nice indeed. The ride was pretty smooth, a bit long but was chatting with the locals, or trying to at least. The Thais are so nice and smiley! They helped me pay the right amount of money, helped me decide which beach to go to and told me where to get off. So helpful!
At the beach had my first Thai ice tea, yum! Although it's off season because of monsoon, there were plenty of foreigners at the beach and the day was just lovely! Saw a Thai version of LMFAO hanging out, had a nice cold Chang beer and headed back to Phuket town. Sunday is not a good day to go shopping or eat out, almost everything is closed, so settled for dim sum at a Chinese place, pretty good actually. ////
