This was a great day.  I got to see Frank and Marika for the first time in years and they are sooooo excited to have me and the other Americans in town for the wedding.  I made them open their present and they had a very good laugh. 

The weather was about 70 degrees and breezy, a true California day (except in Germany...)  After a few beers at Frank's apartment (I had 10 on the train over) they had to meet with a state official to go over wedding details.  I was hungry so they dropped me off at a bar/restaurant to hang out.  Four hours later I had made four German friends and was doing shots with them.  They group of locals bought me a shot of Friesengeist that was lit on fire (think Sambuca but awful)
