I take the morning to sleep in and Tina wakes me up when she gets back from WORK!  I sleep clear through to 12:30 from midnight maybe?  It was amazing and I feel awesome by the time I finally clear my head.  We hop in the car and head off to a historic fishing village that has been maintained as it was operated for hundreds of years.  Walking around the old Danish village we enjoy amazing weather, cute houses and some great dessert at a beautiful restaurant that is in a traditional house.  We sit outside, the weather is perfect, and I feel more relaxed than I have since Thailand!

And just then... BOOM!  Something hits my head!  I look around and don't see anything.  I feel my head where I felt the "splat" and sure enough I feel something.  The bird of happiness shit on my shoulder, except he missed my shoulder and hit my head!  I got shitted on by a bird!!!  Tina, and then me, enjoyed a raucous laugh, as did the people at the tables around us and I couldn't believe my luck!  Haha, it was classic.

From the historic town we went into Vordingborg which, as it turns out, used to be the capital of Denmark.  We explore the old castle and the gardens surrounding it and then head back to her house.  Cooking dinner and enjoying a board game night I am right at home and feel rejuvenated and then some.  Another early night off to sleep and I should be ready to go when I head off to Berlin in the morning!

Great Blog!
AWESOME! blog and a great read. What a journey. Thanks for sharing, I could not stop reading it to see your next adventure some where around the world. You make it look so easy. As a female I don't think it be as wise to travel alone. So I'll do it vicariously through you. WOW! what an amazing journey. I wish I had the balls (Litrally) to do it your way. Can't wait to read more. However, I have read your whole blog. and will be waiting for future entries. Safe journey to you and once again thanks for sharing.

I am really impressed after reading your travel journey experience. but as suggested above, even i would not recommend you to travel alone. Danish village has its own unique experience to get traveling. I am missing my those days which i have spent in Jerup
