After a lazy morning on the beach, we meet Slava from St. Petersburg and play a vicious 2 vs. 2 beach soccer game with him.  While not quite elegant, the game is tremendously funny as the girls are clearly more competitive than Slava, who is focused on impressing them despite lackluster play at best!

We snag a speed boat to Ko Lipe, which has been touted by the locals as the most beautiful area of Thailand.  We chill on beach after finding a resort to stay at and Lauren and I venture out for a sunset kayak while Adi captures the beauty of the changing sky.  We head out for a wild and crazy bucket-fueled night that may have been Jorge and my last night together... after a midnight swim he had moved on to pursue other opportunities in paradise.  Im not sure exactly how he left, but rumor has it that there was a monkey-napping that night!  (Im absolutely devastated and my only saving grace is the company of Lauren and Adi to console me...) Tonight may have been the funniest of the trip as we are all in full swing enjoying each others company and soaking in the fact that we are hanging out in paradise.

As we head out for the night, we are guided down the beach by a marching song to the tune of "The Ants go Marching", by Lauren "Mayhem" Mayhew as follows:
The Ants go marching one by one...Hoorah! Hoorah!
The Ants go marching one by one...Hoorah! Hoorah!
The Ants go marching one by one, the oldest one says "This is super fun!"
And they all go marching down, to the ground, to get out, of the rain.
Umpt, umpt, umpt, umpt, umpt, umpt, umpt, umpt

The Ants go marching two by two...Hoorah! Hoorah!
The Ants go marching two by two...Hoorah! Hoorah!
The little one stops to tie her shoe, and cries "Dont leave! Oh no! Boo-hoo!"
And they all go marching down, to the ground, to get out, of the rain.
Umpt, umpt, umpt, umpt, umpt, umpt, umpt, umpt

The Ants go marching three by three...Hoorah! Hoorah!
The Ants go marching three by three...Hoorah! Hoorah!
The Ants go marching three by three, the middle one smiles in mischievous glee
And they all go marching down, to the ground, to get out, of the rain.
Umpt, umpt, umpt, umpt, umpt, umpt, umpt, umpt

And there were many more verses as Im relatively certain that she made it up to 7 or 8 ants with the help of our mediocre background melody and whistling.  Karaoke was involved, buckets were consumed, and Im positive that we found our way into every bar on the south part of the tiny island by the end of the night.
Good times were had by all!
