Despite a relatively tame night on the town, we wake up late and miss breakfast, sort of.  The weather seems to be in a spot of bother so we head to Underwater World, which turns out to be way cooler than I had imagined it to be.  I learn about a bunch of the coral and marine life I had seen as I snorkeled my way through the Thai Islands and even got to hold a big snake.
By the time we got out, the weather had returned to perfect and we decided to rent mopeds.

Lauren chickens out a few feet off the parking lot and I wind up playing shuttle as we hit up a beach side bar called Oasis, where we relax in the afternoon sun and shade and play some cards with a few English girls who are working for F-1.

We make sure the shuttle service (my moped) gets us back to the hotel in time for the "Poco Poco" dance class, only to find out that traditional line dancing was cancelled... what a relief!  I briefly contemplate taking a night off and resting before Kuala Lumpur and Singapore's certain debauchery, but the girls have their minds set on hitting up some club on the north side of the island that someone said was happening.  I comply, naturally, and we find the beautiful Sheraton to have a scrumptious buffet dinner before venturing down to a club that has a better ambiance than most clubs I've been to back in the states!  It never gets out of control, but the ladies make friends with the manager who makes it his personal mission to get the girls drunk and I'm along for the ride to make sure they are safe...

I can truly say that while I enjoy travelling alone, as I do what I want when I want, it is still extremely nice to have Lauren and Adi around despite the mild compromises I'm making.  They are so fun to hang out with and I'm really enjoying the company!
