I left N.O. early and headed to Tampa but on the way it started raining. I stopped to get gas and found out that my card was frozen again due to the fact I had used it in 3 different states on the same day. While I was getting it turned back on, I figured I would call my friend Staci and find out what the weather would be like in Key west the next couple days. Bad news. It was suppose to be raining the whole time. I didn't see the point going in bad weather so I changed my route and headed Va Beach.
