As promised -there are more-actually this is so good as I am able to sort my photos all at the same time -I am going to try a different format and hopefully it may speed up my typing -don't want to bore you all :):)
Marion is right behind me with these entries, and we are in constant contact, can't wait for her to get here as I have the Long Island Iced Tea recipe !!!!
family-breakfast1.Julian arrived directly from the airport, having flown in from Georgia -Junko arrived in a taxi with the children and brought him a change of clothes before we all went off to the Market (again).
Just up the road from our Apartment was the most delicious French bakery - we purchased beautiful breads etc almost daily
2.The children had eaten breakfast , so they started a jig saw of a guess what??? yes an Armenian Monastery (I had purchased it the day before)
3. Armenia's newest built Cathedral in Yerevan , this is the day that Marion spent with the family and I wandered off on my own -
4.You were not allowed to take photos directly inside, but this gives you some idea of the splendor -absolutely beautiful -I stayed for a good half hour or so, the music and service wonderful
5. A glimpse of the never ending, large and austere apartment blocks -taken from outside the Cathedral
6. The National Museum is here. (Republic Square)
7.On my way back to our Apartment I made a few small purchases, in case Marion was exhausted when she returned -after all -that is what friends are for I figured -even made ice cubes -no swizzle stick tho' we used a fork:):)
8..You can see I am very relaxed:):)
