Well we are absolutely knackered excuse the french after a full day of sightseeing in the lovely city of Bogota after sitting on our bums on the boat for a week we are just not used to all of the exercise. The city is really pretty and surrounded by gorgeous mountains,. today we have been to a fab art gallery, a famous coffe shop and a really old fashioned chocolate shop which smelled like heaven then to the gold museum where we got swamped by a group of school children who wanted to paractice their English on us and then the other visitors wanted to watch and join in it was good fun but our spanish is still rubbish. 

 The only trouble is it is freezing again just when we were getting used to the heat of the amazon. we will just have to dig out our thermals as we are off travelling again tomorrow up in to the mountains to the coffee region and hoping to do a spot of horse riding,  hope the horses are strong because we have put even more weight on..... then after another couple of days we will go further north up to the coast and hopefully it will be a bit warmer there. i am trying to upload photos at the mo so fingers crossed we might be able to show you in technicolour how fat we are now!
