Today is my last whole day at the farm with Martin and Tiddy. I can't believe it, the time has flown by so fast. I have had such a wonderful time here with the great hospitality of Martin and Tiddy.
Martin decided that as it was my last day, instead of working at the school it was time for one last long ride (I took naughty Segera out who tried to roll in the pond with me on top and then galloped home with a big long piece of grass dangling out of his mouth like a yokel, only to lose it when we had a go at jumping (at speed) the fences in the field in front of the house) and dinner at the local posh restaurant.
This restaurant is called the Trout Tree ... as suggested by its name it is at a local trout farm and amazingly it is built as a big tree house. The food was fantastic.
I then spent the afternoon relaxing, reading and teasing Martin (or Old Git as he now has been titled!)
