Where I stayed
During the surface interval we headed for 2 mile reef. This is a fairly shallow dive and therefore the visibility is great as it is bright from the sun. There was a little bit of a current but it was very lovely dive.
We saw lots of red fang trigger fish, parrot fish and clown fish. We also saw white spotted boxfish, moorish idols and 'chocolate dips' (those half black, half white ones). Our guide, dive instructor Vince was great at spotting all the amazing nudibranchs and paperfish. Although I still couldnt see the paperfish no matter how hard he tried to point them out to me.
We also saw a barracuda and there was a swim through that was full of fish. I really enjoyed this dive and it was (slightly) warmer because it was shallower, which also meant it was a longer dive.
