We spent our first day in San Francisco being typically touristy - hopped on a tram and headed for Fisherman's Wharf at Pier 39. We hung out with the sealions, ate clam chowder out of sourdough bread bowls and visited various museums. It was very sunny but very cold so our first purchase was a pair of gloves!
