So this morning we started our journey to the Cliffs of Moher, once again a little later than we would have liked! That darn Irish breakfast again!
We got back on the Irish roads for a day of bumps, curves and narrow passage ways! It took about three hours to get to the Cliffs but that is because we stopped at every church, castle and broken down wall along the way. That is Ireland for you!!
Once we arrived at the Cliffs it was very foggy and misty but we managed to see them well. They were amazing even though the conditions were not.
Back in the car to Galway.......for some reason we got back much quicker, probably because Rob knew there was another Guinness at the end of the road.
We got back to the hotel around 6 PM and had a wonderful dinner in the hotel restaurant, hats and noise-makers included!
