After a good night's sleep and an Irish breakfast, we were off on our journey to the gourmet capital of Ireland, Kinsale.  We needed to make a stop at the Waterford Factory and picked up a few of their specialites. The ride to Kinsale took a few hours including a stop for lunch at "The Moorings" in Dungarvan, a really quaint fishing village that was recommended by a resident of Dungarvan we met working at the Waterford Factory.
From there we headed to the infamous Blarney Stone to give it a big kiss!  It is official and we have the photos to prove it!  It was actually a little more invloved than we expected.  I have to say, it was comforting to see the grate below the stone just in case we leaned a little too far back.  After the successful kiss we were headed to Kinsale.
Kinsale was beautiful and also very quaint.  It is known for its fabulous restaurants and food which was great!  We stayed at the Old Bank House which was also great and located right in the heart of Kinsale.
