I love the Black Forest exclusively for its Black Forest Cake which you need to sample in various villages at least twice a day...it must be the best cake ever and the Kirsch-schnaps might even get you a little tipsy :)
Besides, it's crazy touristy and the Cuckoo clocks will drive you nuts but there is something melancholic and romantic in the darkness of the thick pine forest...
